DoALL Sawing Products is looking for an energetic and self-motivated Industrial Sales Representative - Saw Blade Specialist to focus on our saw blade products while helping build and develop the Company's sales force. This is a ground floor sales position, meaning there is tremendous growth opportunity moving forward with immediate income opportunity and long-term growth.
Position is a Base salary starting at $55,000/yr + UNLIMITED COMMISSIONS!

The Industrial Sales Representative - Saw Blade Specialist is a key role within the Sales and Marketing Department. The role will be THE subject matter expert on application, features, and functionality of all DoALL saw blade products. The role is primarily responsible for selling, testing and supporting team all DoALL blade offerings to both internal and external customers.
Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
• Become DoALL’s subject matter expert regarding the entire DoALL Saw Blade product line by reviewing and learning all applications, features and functionality of DoALL’s current offerings.
• Will research and establish target list to approach and sell DoALL Saw Blades beginning with current DoALL install base.
• Participate in periodic manufacturing Partner meetings and phone calls to assure DoALL has the most recent product information and offerings.
• Be the primary DoALL technical contact for all Blade manufacturing Partners
• Be the primary field testing DoALL representative on blade testing opportunities through the U.S. Travel is estimated to be approximately 50-70%
• Responsible for enhancing and maintaining the current DoALL Band Saw Blade test protocol and procedures.
• Assure standardization of the practice of testing DoALL Band Saw Blades at all prospective customers throughout the world.
• Establish a reporting process to track and measure testing events and outcomes.
• Track success rate of Band Saw Blade tests throughout the world by DoALL team members and Distribution Partners.
• Measure and report win rate, revenue and reasons for win/loss.
• Saw Blade Specialist will make themselves available to be physically present at large U.S. Domestic blade opportunities.

• One Year Sale and Customer Service Experience preferred.
• Ability to represent CMI in a positive and professional manner.
• Highly Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal including follow-up skills.
• Highly organized.
