DCDS-750SA Dual Column Semi-Automatic Band Saw
Machine Capacity: w 29.5” x h 18.75″ (750mm x 480mm)
Round Tube: 19.5″ (500mm)
Round Solid: 9" (230mm)
Production Level: Extreme
The DoALL DCDS-750SA high production, horizontal semi-automatic, dual column, dual mitering metal cutting band saw offers up to w 29.5” x h 18.75″ (480mm x 750mm) rectangular and a 19.5″ (500mm) round tube cutting capacity.
The DCDS-750SA is ideal for the production sawing of a large variety of materials including, but not limited to, structural materials, tubes, stainless and tool steel. The DoALL band saw has a touch screen display controller for easy operation. The operator is safely removed from the saw head and blade during cutting.
This hydraulically controlled band saw has a double-swivel head that is able to miter/angle cut at 60° both left and right. The saw blade is set at 7° cantilever, allowing for more efficient cutting. The DCDS-750SA is the ideal machine for a high-production fabricator or parts producer cutting multiple angles in the same work piece.

Machine Details & Specs:
Operator Control Console
Control console can be positioned for operator comfort and safety insuring hands are away from blade at band start.
Mitsubishi Touch Screen Panel
The touch screen control panel displays cutting cycle indicator, blade tension indicator, BRP (overfeed protection) function, band speed, head angle, band drive amp load and a list of error messages allowing operator to monitor machine functions.
Saw Head Design
The robust head is mounted on two columns at a 7 degree slope which decreases tooth load through the cut zone increasing band life.
Direct Driven Band Drive
Drive is comprised of an electric VFD controlled motor transferring power through a gear reduction unit directly to the drive wheel eliminating belt slippage and gives positive torque to the blade.
Semi-Automatic Cycle
Programmable cycle allows the operator the ability to control hydraulic on –off, saw head movement after the cut, head raise limit through programmable set point, band drive on–off, and vise clamp-unclamp after the cut maximizing productivity.
Automatic Overload Feed Protection
BRP function monitors band drive motor amperage stopping head fall when operator set parameter is reached signaling overfeed or a dull saw band.
Band Wheels
Cast steel wheels insure band tracking and long life.
Hydraulic Clamping Vise
Full stroke, uniquely designed hydraulic vise clamps on either side of the band allowing maximum clamping close to the cut line eliminating material movement and tooth strippage.
Hydraulic Blade Tension
Illuminating indictor prevents possible error of over/under tightening the band for maximum cutting rates and band life.
Band Brush
Driven band brush removes the chips from the blade gullets which would prevent the blade from attaining maximum cutting rates and blade life.
Head Turn Table
The hydraulic angle setting may be accomplished by either using the manual buttons to the desired angle or the RTO function which will automatically takes the head to programmed position. The entered angles will be displayed on the touch screen and are measured using a digital readout for accuracy. The saw head is hydraulically locked once in position.
Automatic Movable Saw Guide Arm
Movable saw guide arm is connected to the movable vise jaw which allows proper positioning of the arm preventing blade deflection which improves blade life.
